Spectators: 35 (Terracing: 27, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Esteve Cutberto got the match started through his kick off. Atilano Elia showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Luisito Birjaio in the 18th minute of the match. In the 24th minute, Esteve Cutberto got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 25th minute Luisito Birjaio shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Atilano Elia saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Atilano Elia made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Luisito Birjaio in the 27th minute of play. Yala's Prudencio Lluciano played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jose Polentzi in the 28th minute of play. Atilano Elia made an important save on a dangerous shot by Bruno Lawrence in the 43rd minute. The supporters of Yala booed when Soflov FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 45 match minutes in a wonderful position. Daniel Figueroa didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Luisito Birjaio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 47th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. After some fancy dribbling in the 48th minute, Luisito Birjaio managed to get in a good position for a shot. Yala's supporters rose to their feet, but Luisito Birjaio was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Atilano Elia breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick.

After some careless play in the Soflov FC defense, Luisito Birjaio kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Atilano Elia. The Soflov FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Atilano Elia should have stopped the shot. Fulgencio Lore charged in rather forcefully in the 58th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down.
