Soflov FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave GUSESI the free kick. After 3 played minutes Soflov FC got a freekick which was hit by Jesus Kimetz. When Justino Astigar fell near the penalty area in the 4th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored GUSESI's protests and gave Justino Astigar a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Soflov FC booed when GUSESI was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 4 match minutes in a wonderful position. Justino Astigar didn't get a good kick on the ball. Jesus Kimetz fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 6th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Santos Kiliz having to interfere. Hugo Sánchez fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 9th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Patricio Salamon having to interfere. Soflov FC's Jesus Kimetz got a good chance for a goal in the 12th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Santos Kiliz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jesus Kimetz in the 13th minute of play. In the 15th match minute, GUSESI was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Tiburcio Cuartio to maneuver through the defense. When Remigio Mikelats came up free with the goalie in the 16th minute, the Soflov FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Remigio Mikelats couldn't finish the play. Santos Kiliz made a fantastic save in the 17th minute, when Jesus Kimetz sent off a good shot on target. In the 20th match minute, Soflov FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jesus Kimetz to maneuver through the defense. Anibal Arotza hit a great freekick 22 minutes into the match. After a rather tough play, GUSESI's Isaias Rafe got a free kick in the 23rd minute. Hugo Sánchez received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 27th minute. Patricio Salamon tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Santos Kiliz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jesus Kimetz, who was totally free with the ball in the 33rd minute. 36 minutes into the game, GUSESI's Hugo Sánchez nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Patricio Salamon made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. When Soflov FC's Jesus Kimetz in the 40th minute got a chance for a shot 40th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye GUSESI's goalie prevented a goal. After a rather tough play, Soflov FC's Gerardo Ferman got a free kick in the 43rd minute. Jesus Kimetz fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 45th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Santos Kiliz having to interfere. Santos Kiliz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jesus Kimetz, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Jesus Kimetz stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 52nd minute Jesus Kimetz shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Santos Kiliz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Jesus Kimetz got his second yellow card in the match during the 54th minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. Jesus Kimetz kicked well hit freekick during the 54th minute of the match. Isaias Eztebe's late challenge caught a GUSESI's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Isaias Eztebe helped the player get up and apologised. After 62 played minutes Soflov FC got a freekick which was hit by Isaias Eztebe. Soflov FC's Percy Romero quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Jacinto Urbez, made in the 68th minute of the game. After 69 played minutes GUSESI got a freekick which was hit by Jacinto Urbez. Jesus Leheren might have been able to make a better finish in the 70th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Santos Kiliz. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Jesus Leheren ran back to his position shaking his head. Jesus Leheren received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 71st minute. Santos Kiliz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Jesus Leheren came up free with the goalie in the 77th minute, the Soflov FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Jesus Leheren couldn't finish the play. Soflov FC were awarded a corner in the 97th minute after GUSESI's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Remigio Mikelats took the corner. A nice corner shot did that Remigio Mikelats got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Santos Kiliz quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. GUSESI had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
