The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Abel Reyes stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Wieslaw Lichucki's shot from short distance in the 9th minute. After 9 minutes, Wieslaw Lichucki made it 0-2 with a short kick to the right side. C.A.P.J.'s Abel Reyes tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Feliks Szkarpiak stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Serafin Criston's shot from short distance in the 13th minute. Abel Reyes breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. C.A.P.J.'s Abel Reyes played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Julian Buczko in the 30th minute of play. Abel Reyes made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Wieslaw Lichucki in the 33rd minute of play. The audience was convinced that Wieslaw Lichucki's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Abel Reyes was relentless in the 37th minute of the game. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Abel Reyes prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-3.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Julian Buczko to make the kick off. Julian Buczko fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 50th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Abel Reyes having to interfere. Julian Buczko sent away a hard shot on goal in the 52nd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Wieslaw Lichucki could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 60th minute of the match, but Abel Reyes made a huge save. In the 61st minute of the match ACF Gigliati got a corner. The nice shot from Wieslaw Lichucki in the 63rdth minute just in front of the goal should have ended in point on the board, but Abel Reyes had a great feel for the game and superbly saved the ball from getting in by the left post. In the 65th minute, Napoleon Pionek hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Feliks Szkarpiak showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Serafin Criston, who was totally free with the ball in the 66th minute. ACF Gigliati were furious when Jurand Wozniak was red carded, 69 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. 69 minutes into the game, one of ACF Gigliati:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. After a rather tough play, C.A.P.J.'s Filip Oryniak got a free kick in the 78th minute.
