In the 29th minute of the match, Evan Le Moullec got a very nice opportunity to score, but Gerrit Cronen was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Moïse Girerd took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Leonidas Orange, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Gerrit Cronen had great luck who in the 32ndth minute grab hold of the ball when Evan Le Moullec from a short distance tried to put the ball inside the right post. Chaponnay FC's Moïse Girerd played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by César Eger in the 43rd minute of play. If Leonidas Orange had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 49th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The Chaponnay FC players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. S.C.PAULISTA were winning 1-2.

The wind increased when Evan Le Moullec made the kick off in the second half. In the 53rd minute, S.C.PAULISTA's César Eger dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-3. Moïse Girerd made an important save on a dangerous shot by Leonidas Orange in the 58th minute. If César Eger had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 62nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 63 played minutes Chaponnay FC got a freekick which was hit by Sylvain Deman. In the 66th minute of the match, Leonidas Orange got a very nice opportunity to score, but Moïse Girerd was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Moïse Girerd showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from César Eger in the 68th minute of the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Leonidas Orange got free with Moïse Girerd in the 86th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 89th minute, Evan Le Moullec ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Gerrit Cronen was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-3. Luis Andreu kicked well hit freekick during the 92nd minute of the match. Leonidas Orange fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 96th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Moïse Girerd having to interfere.
