Rosendo Oinatz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alberto Tafalla in the 31st minute of play. Mexico's Dante Lacasa played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Rogério Vidal in the 33rd minute of play. Rosendo Oinatz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Alberto Tafalla in the 35th minute of the match. In the 38th minute, Lautaro Mancebo made a precise shot to the right of Rosendo Oinatz. Vitória StrikerS™'s defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. A collision led to Vitória StrikerS™ getting a freekick after 46 minutes play. Sebastião Almeida hit a great ball. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Joel Gaona stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Lautaro Mancebo showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-2. 60 minutes into the match, Vitória StrikerS™'s goalkeeper Rosendo Oinatz had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Lautaro Mancebo. Vitória StrikerS™'s Rosendo Oinatz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Luca Zorita in the 61st minute of play. Facundo Cadaval blasted a shot towards the goal in the 68th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Rosendo Oinatz having to make a save. Rosendo Oinatz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Alberto Tafalla, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Facundo Cadaval kicked well hit freekick during the 78th minute of the match. Vitória StrikerS™'s Cláudio Lisboa was substituted for Erlingur Haaland. Joel Gaona might have been able to make a better finish in the 88th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Rosendo Oinatz. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out.
