Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Jaime Pardo took the kick off in the first half of the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 12th minute, Taco Scholte managed to get in a good position for a shot. ASC South United's supporters rose to their feet, but Taco Scholte was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Jacobo Nores breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. ASC South United's Hugo Bender got a good chance for a goal in the 27th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After 36 played minutes Paraguay got a freekick which was hit by Juan Diego Tenorio. Pascall van Galen struck a weak shot in the 36th minute. Jacobo Nores didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for ASC South United. In the 41st minute the ball was on its way in behind ASC South United's goalkeeper Erwin Teesing, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Taco Scholte during the 41st minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. When Taco Scholte was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 45 minutes had been played. 47 minutes into the match, ASC South United's goal looked a bit too open when Jaime Pardo came free, but Erwin Teesing reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Cees Hermensen to make the kick off. Hector Covarrubias could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 63rd minute of the match, but Erwin Teesing made a huge save. 65 minutes into the game, Hugo Bender was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. ASC South United's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Paraguay the free kick. In the 65th minute, Hugo Bender hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 72 minutes into the match, ASC South United's goalkeeper Erwin Teesing had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Primitivo Escribano. Jaime Pardo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 77th minute. Erwin Teesing tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 82nd minute Jaime Pardo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Erwin Teesing saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After having played for 83 minutes, Pascall van Galen managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. ASC South United's supporters crossed their fingers, but Pascall van Galen was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Hector Covarrubias received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 87th minute. Erwin Teesing tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Paraguay's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
