An unexpectedly hard shot by Horea Cucu in the 6th minute of play forced FC Viitorul Buzau's goalkeeper Tiberiu Siniştean to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 6th minute, Horea Cucu made a precise shot to the right of Tiberiu Siniştean. FC Viitorul Buzau's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-0. In the 11th minute of the match, Horea Cucu tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Tiberiu Siniştean saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. FC Viitorul Buzau's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Nechifor Blajovici in the 14th minute. A nice corner shot did that Nechifor Blajovici got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Dumitru Neața quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Horea Cucu in the 19th minute of play forced FC Viitorul Buzau's goalkeeper Tiberiu Siniştean to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Horea Cucu fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 21st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Tiberiu Siniştean having to interfere. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Nechifor Blajovici in the 25th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Dumitru Neața saved BilascuBM from getting behind. An unexpectedly hard shot by Horea Cucu in the 30th minute of play forced FC Viitorul Buzau's goalkeeper Tiberiu Siniştean to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Nichifor Dragota charged in rather forcefully in the 31st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Nichifor Dragota the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Nichifor Dragota hit a great freekick 31 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Horea Cucu in the 33rd minute of play forced FC Viitorul Buzau's goalkeeper Tiberiu Siniştean to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Dumitru Neața showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Manole Domuță in the 35th minute of the match. In the 36th minute, Edgar Cosoroabă left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The FC Viitorul Buzau fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-1. Tiberiu Siniştean came out of the goal in the 39th minute to try and stop a shot by BilascuBM's Rickard Bergman. But to his dismay, Rickard Bergman quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-1. The audience was convinced that Nechifor Blajovici's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Dumitru Neața was relentless in the 42nd minute of the game. Tiberiu Siniştean was out of position in the 44 minute of play, and Horea Cucu capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Horea Cucu really showed his touch with that goal: 3-1. Tiberiu Siniştean took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Horea Cucu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 3-1.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Manole Domuță made a kick off. Tiberiu Siniştean made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Horea Cucu in the 52nd minute of play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Rickard Bergman during the 52nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 52nd match minute, BilascuBM was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Rickard Bergman to maneuver through the defense. FC Viitorul Buzau's Tiberiu Siniştean played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Horea Cucu in the 57th minute of play. In the 60th minute Nechifor Blajovici shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dumitru Neața saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When FC Viitorul Buzau's Nechifor Blajovici, in the 61st minute, received a pass right in front of the net, it looked like a certain goal, but his shot went outside. A wasted opportunity for FC Viitorul Buzau. When Manole Domuță came up free with the goalie in the 65th minute, the FC Viitorul Buzau fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Manole Domuță couldn't finish the play. Tiberiu Siniştean took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Silviu Paraschiv, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 73rd minute Nechifor Blajovici shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dumitru Neața saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Tiberiu Siniştean showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Horea Cucu, who was totally free with the ball in the 78th minute. Manole Domuțăs short, quick shot in the 79thth minute got Dumitru Neața to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. 81 minutes into the match, FC Viitorul Buzau's goal looked a bit too open when Horea Cucu came free, but Tiberiu Siniştean reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Tiberiu Siniştean showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Horea Cucu, who was totally free with the ball in the 86th minute. In the 87th minute, Horea Cucu got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Mugurel Agârbiceanu's late challenge caught a BilascuBM's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Mugurel Agârbiceanu helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of BilascuBM booed when FC Viitorul Buzau was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 91 match minutes in a wonderful position. Mugurel Agârbiceanu didn't get a good kick on the ball. 96 minutes into the match, FC Viitorul Buzau's goal looked a bit too open when Horea Cucu came free, but Tiberiu Siniştean reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. FC Viitorul Buzau's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
