In the 9th minute, Zbyszko Falkiewicz left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The FC Hyklerne fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-0. After 12 played minutes FC Hyklerne got a freekick which was hit by Xamín Iturgoyen. An unexpectedly hard shot by Robin Nørrehvedde in the 19th minute of play forced Venezuela's goalkeeper Jonathan Ferrant to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. An unexpected shot in the 22nd minute by Robin Nørrehvedde got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. FC Hyklerne's Robin Nørrehvedde got a good chance for a goal in the 27th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The audience thought a goal was coming when Kristen Brink got free with Jonathan Ferrant in the 29th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Jonathan Venegas sent away a hard shot on goal in the 35th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 38 played minutes Robin Nørrehvedde rounded Venezuela's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 2-1. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-1.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Robin Nørrehvedde stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Jonathan Ferrant made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Robin Nørrehvedde in the 56th minute of play. Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Robin Nørrehvedde in the 60th minute of play. Jonathan Ferrant took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Asmund Geinæs, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Kristen Brink struck a weak shot in the 63rd minute. Jonathan Ferrant didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for FC Hyklerne. After some fancy dribbling in the 65th minute, Robin Nørrehvedde managed to get in a good position for a shot. FC Hyklerne's supporters rose to their feet, but Robin Nørrehvedde was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Jonathan Ferrant breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Jonathan Ferrant made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Asmund Geinæs in the 69th minute of play. Jannich Drevsing showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Patricio Costa, who was totally free with the ball in the 72nd minute. 73 minutes had been played when some careless play by FC Hyklerne's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Tomas Illescas was slow to take the kick. During this time Venezuela's players had a chance to rest. Patricio Costa kicked well hit freekick during the 77th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Asmund Geinæs in the 82nd minute of play forced Venezuela's goalkeeper Jonathan Ferrant to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With a little luck, FC Hyklerne's Jannich Drevsing got control of the ball when Tomas Illescas tried to sneak it across the goal line. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. FC Hyklerne fully deserved thier win.
