Spectators: 45 (Terracing: 35, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Joel Gaona got the match started through his kick off. In the 5thth minute of the game Lautaro Mancebo who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Academia Monte Gordo's Mateus Teves was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. If Lautaro Mancebo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 6th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. A collision led to Academia Monte Gordo getting a freekick after 7 minutes play. Fábio Matias hit a great ball. Mateus Teves took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Joel Gaona, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Lautaro Mancebo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 11th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 24th minute Lautaro Mancebo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mateus Teves saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Mexico's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Joel Gaona in the 25th minute. Luca Zorita was in a good position and managed to take a shot, but he missed just to the outside of the post. 29 minutes into the match, Academia Monte Gordo's goal looked a bit too open when Lautaro Mancebo came free, but Mateus Teves reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 30th minute Mexico were awarded a corner. Joel Gaona went to the cornerflag to take it. In the 32nd minute, Joel Gaona got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Academia Monte Gordo's Mateus Teves played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alberto Tafalla in the 39th minute of play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Fábio Matias during the 40th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After a rather tough play, Academia Monte Gordo's Fábio Matias got a free kick in the 41st minute. Mateus Teves showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Lautaro Mancebo, who was totally free with the ball in the 45th minute. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-2.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for António Mendes to strike the kick off in the second half. 51 minutes into the match, Academia Monte Gordo's goal looked a bit too open when Joel Gaona came free, but Mateus Teves reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 52 minutes into the match, Lautaro Mancebo had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Mateus Teves. Academia Monte Gordo's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Lautaro Mancebo was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-3. Lautaro Mancebo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 55th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Mateus Teves having to interfere. Mexico's Lautaro Mancebo got a good chance for a goal in the 61st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Mateus Teves didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Luca Zorita went, in the 63rd minute, to the upper right corner, 0-4 was the resulting score. Alberto Tafalla received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 66th minute. Mateus Teves tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. With a little luck, Academia Monte Gordo's Mateus Teves got control of the ball when Lautaro Mancebo tried to sneak it across the goal line. If Lorenzo Cazalla had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 83rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Joel Gaona took the ball and in the 87 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Mateus Teves. Mateus Teves dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-5. Mateus Teves made an important save on a dangerous shot by Alberto Tafalla in the 92nd minute. Mateus Teves showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Alberto Tafalla, who was totally free with the ball in the 93rd minute.
