Spectators: 44 (Terracing: 34, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) AlmaToran's Hipolito Ponce started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Hugo Ferrant kicked well hit freekick during the 4th minute of the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Axel Tasis in the 6th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Loreto Palanques prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The crowd rose to their feet as AlmaToran's Hipolito Ponce slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Benito Sanz. That made the score 1-0 after 8 minutes of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Axel Tasis in the 11th minute of play forced AlmaToran's goalkeeper Loreto Palanques to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Eliseo Noboa had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 12th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. A sloppy throw-in by Hugo Ferrant in the 15th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by AlmaToran's Lope Lortia. Hipolito Ponce sent away a hard shot on goal in the 18th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Axel Tasis kicked well hit freekick during the 20th minute of the match. The supporters of Costa Rica booed when AlmaToran was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 24 match minutes in a wonderful position. Lope Lortia didn't get a good kick on the ball. Alan Moruga hit a great freekick 28 minutes into the match. An unexpected shot in the 30th minute by Hipolito Ponce got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. Chabier Omente received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 37th minute. Benito Sanz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. A sloppy throw-in by Efrain Moruga in the 40th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by AlmaToran's Chabier Omente. If Axel Tasis had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 41st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Feliciano Contera struck a weak shot in the 44th minute. Benito Sanz didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for AlmaToran. The audience thought a goal was coming when Hipolito Ponce got free with Benito Sanz in the 47th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Axel Tasis made a kick off. In the 54th minute, Hipolito Ponce got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Benito Sanz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Arotza Dobarral, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Arotza Dobarral in the 57th minute of play forced Costa Rica's goalkeeper Benito Sanz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Benito Sanz didn't succeed to prevent the ball from going into goal when AlmaToran's Hipolito Ponce shot an unexpected shot in the crossbar's under edge and made 2-1 in the ordered_time% minute. When Eliseo Noboa came up free with the goalie in the 63rd minute, the Costa Rica fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Eliseo Noboa couldn't finish the play. In the 69thth minute of the game Chabier Omente who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Costa Rica's Benito Sanz was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Feliciano Contera received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 71st minute. Benito Sanz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The throw-in from Efrain Moruga in the 74th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by AlmaToran's Chabier Omente. Benito Sanz didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Lope Lortia went, in the 78th minute, to the upper right corner, 3-1 was the resulting score. Costa Rica's Benito Sanz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Arotza Dobarral in the 84th minute of play. In the 85th minute of the match AlmaToran got a corner. Costa Rica's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Arotza Dobarral ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner ended in Arotza Dobarral almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Costa Rica's Benito Sanz did a great save. In the 87th minute Chabier Omente shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Benito Sanz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Arotza Dobarral fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 88th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Benito Sanz having to interfere. Lautaro Puig kicked well hit freekick during the 94th minute of the match. AlmaToran walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
