It was Daniel Zorita who took care of the corner kick. Daniel Zorita made a great header on Ecuador's corner, it was just that Skrajojantys Olandai's Lev Tolstoy managed to reach the ball for a save. Skrajojantys Olandai's Lev Tolstoy played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cristian Sancho in the 15th minute of play. Skrajojantys Olandai's Lev Tolstoy played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Daniel Zorita in the 30th minute of play. Lev Tolstoy took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Daniel Zorita, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 35th minute, Virgilijus Van Dijk hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 36th match minute, Ecuador was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Camilo Gisbert to maneuver through the defense. 37 minutes into the match, Ecuador's goalkeeper Julio Vera had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Siemen Vitus. Skrajojantys Olandai's Lev Tolstoy played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Daniel Zorita in the 38th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Skrajojantys Olandai's Žydrūnas Sasnauskas got a free kick in the 44th minute. Siemen Vitus received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 47th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Siemen Vitus in the 53rd minute of play forced Ecuador's goalkeeper Julio Vera to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Julio Vera showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Stavros Nasiopoulos in the 57th minute of the match. Agne Kjellberg hit a great ball. After a defensive mix-up in Ecuador's zone, Agne Kjellberg stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Julio Vera came out of the goal and Agne Kjellberg tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. A collision led to Skrajojantys Olandai getting a freekick after 66 minutes play. Agne Kjellberg hit a great ball. In the 68th minute, Daniel Zorita made a precise shot to the right of Lev Tolstoy. Skrajojantys Olandai's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-3. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Siemen Vitus in the 79th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Julio Vera saved Ecuador from getting behind. In the 81st minute, Daniel Zorita reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Lev Tolstoy. The goal made the score 1-4. Stavros Nasiopoulos fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 86th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Julio Vera having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 88th minute, Stavros Nasiopoulos managed to get in a good position for a shot. Skrajojantys Olandai's supporters rose to their feet, but Stavros Nasiopoulos was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Julio Vera breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick.
