In the 16th match minute, Leones FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Luís-Carlos Perea to maneuver through the defense. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Teofilio Lorca in the 19th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Leszek Wielopolski saved INTER Sosnowiec from getting behind. A collision led to Leones FC getting a freekick after 27 minutes play. Pepillo Servin hit a great ball. Alfonso Villamarin showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Greg Bridgeman in the 28th minute of the match. Liu Feng Zhen lost his temper 30 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. The goalkeeper, Alfonso Villamarin, was totally fooled by INTER Sosnowiec's Rene Kreiser, who 31 minutes into the game made a penalty shot that went in on the goalkeeper's left side. 37 minutes into the match, Leones FC's goal looked a bit too open when Alekos Voreadis came free, but Alfonso Villamarin reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Alfonso Villamarin took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Rene Kreiser, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Teofilio Lorca fell near the penalty area in the 41st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Leones FC's protests and gave Teofilio Lorca a yellow card for diving instead. After 41 played minutes Leones FC got a freekick which was hit by Teofilio Lorca. In the 44th minute Greg Bridgeman shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Alfonso Villamarin saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-0.

Leones FC's García Galego was substituted for Pepillo Servin. Alfonso Villamarin didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Bror Nordstedt went, in the 52nd minute, to the upper right corner, 3-0 was the resulting score. Leones FC's Alfonso Villamarin played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Bror Nordstedt in the 55th minute of play.
