If Sven-Ove Stål had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 12th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 18 minutes into the match, Garsås IF's Sven-Ove Stål sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Boubacar Caragea narrowly saved just below the crossbar. 20 minutes into the game, Sven-Ove Stål cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-0. Boubacar Caragea was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. The supporters of Garsås IF booed when ≮王者归来≯日本浦和红宝石 was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 22 match minutes in a wonderful position. 麦光 didn't get a good kick on the ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Sven-Ove Stål got free with Boubacar Caragea in the 23rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Garsås IF's Alfons Sjö played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gumaro Leturia in the 25th minute of play. 麦光 charged in rather forcefully in the 28th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. After a defensive mix-up in ≮王者归来≯日本浦和红宝石's zone, Sven-Ove Stål stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Boubacar Caragea came out of the goal and Sven-Ove Stål tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Boubacar Caragea showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Sven-Ove Stål in the 38th minute of the match. When 麦光 was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 39 minutes had been played. During this time Garsås IF's players had a chance to rest. 44 minutes into the match, ≮王者归来≯日本浦和红宝石's goal looked a bit too open when Sven-Ove Stål came free, but Boubacar Caragea reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Sven-Ove Stål to strike the kick off in the second half. Sven-Ove Stål recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 51st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Boubacar Caragea made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Archie Brodie in the 53rd minute of play. After some careless play in the Garsås IF defense, Gumaro Leturia kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Alfons Sjö. The Garsås IF fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Alfons Sjö should have stopped the shot. Sven-Ove Stål received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 60th minute. Boubacar Caragea tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Alfons Sjö made a fantastic save in the 72nd minute, when 傅棋林 sent off a good shot on target. The audience thought a goal was coming when Gumaro Leturia got free with Alfons Sjö in the 75th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 79 minutes into the match, Garsås IF's goal looked a bit too open when 庄军凌 came free, but Alfons Sjö reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 80th minute Sven-Ove Stål shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Boubacar Caragea saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Gumaro Leturia's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 82ndth minute, Alfons Sjö skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. In the 86th minute Sven-Ove Stål shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Boubacar Caragea saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.
