The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. An unexpectedly hard shot by Lucas Beltrán in the 3rd minute of play forced FC Lassens's goalkeeper Koppány Török to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 5 minutes into the match, FC Lassens's goal looked a bit too open when Roland Rosendahl came free, but Koppány Török reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Koppány Török showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Roland Rosendahl, who was totally free with the ball in the 5th minute. Andy Eklund scored 0-1 in the 8th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Koppány Török, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 11th minute Jan Smolarek shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Koppány Török saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 12th minute, Jan Smolarek made a precise shot to the right of Koppány Török. FC Lassens's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-2. With 18 minutes on the clock, Freddie Hökqvist commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. A collision led to FC Lassens getting a freekick after 19 minutes play. Freddie Hökqvist hit a great ball. After 20 played minutes, Vetevendosje FC's Andy Eklund shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Koppány Török came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Vetevendosje FC reached it. In the 23rd minute, Jan Smolarek made a precise shot to the right of Koppány Török. FC Lassens's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-3. In the 28th minute Roland Rosendahl shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Koppány Török saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After some careless play in the FC Lassens defense, Roland Rosendahl kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Koppány Török. The FC Lassens fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Koppány Török should have stopped the shot. An unexpectedly hard shot by Rafal Cichewski in the 33rd minute of play forced FC Lassens's goalkeeper Koppány Török to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Eşref Tuney was out of position in the 34 minute of play, and Jonatan Pihlgren capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Jonatan Pihlgren really showed his touch with that goal: 1-4. In the 37th minute Lucas Beltrán shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Koppány Török saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Koppány Török came out of the goal in the 37th minute to try and stop a shot by Vetevendosje FC's Lucas Beltrán. But to his dismay, Lucas Beltrán quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-5. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Jan Smolarek in the 40th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Koppány Török prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 41 minutes into the match, FC Lassens's goal looked a bit too open when Rafal Cichewski came free, but Koppány Török reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Koppány Török showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Roland Rosendahl, who was totally free with the ball in the 42nd minute. FC Lassens's Koppány Török played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Roland Rosendahl in the 44th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Lucas Beltrán in the 47th minute of play forced FC Lassens's goalkeeper Koppány Török to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 1-5.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Jan Smolarek was the one to do the kick off. Hjalmar Kvalfält hit a great freekick 55 minutes into the match. 58 minutes into the game, Rafal Cichewski recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Koppány Török. Rafal Cichewski showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-6. In the 65th minute, Vetevendosje FC's Rafal Cichewski dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-7. In the 67th match minute, Vetevendosje FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Boris Bern to maneuver through the defense. In the 71st minute of the match, Lucas Beltrán tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Koppány Török saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. In the 73rdth minute of the game Jonatan Pihlgren who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Vetevendosje FC's Eşref Tuney was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. FC Lassens's Koppány Török proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 75th minute of the match, managed to save FC Lassens from getting a goal against them. Karl-Magnus Sävström hit a great freekick 76 minutes into the match. Vetevendosje FC's Hjalmar Petersson was substituted for Andy Eklund. In the 77th minute, Karl-Magnus Sävström hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. FC Lassens's Koppány Török played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Rafal Cichewski in the 79th minute of play. Koppány Török was a little too slow when Jan Smolarek got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 81st minute. The score was now 1-8. Koppány Török made an important save on a dangerous shot by Jan Smolarek in the 83rd minute. 89 minutes into the match, FC Lassens's goalkeeper Koppány Török had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Rafal Cichewski. FC Lassens's Koppány Török proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 93rd minute of the match, managed to save FC Lassens from getting a goal against them. After a rather tough play, FC Lassens's Uno Vallman got a free kick in the 96th minute. Koppány Török was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Jan Smolarek showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-9 in the 97 minute of play. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Vetevendosje FC walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
