Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Tomas Illescas started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. In the 7th minute, Lennart Möller ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Jonathan Ferrant was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-0. A collision led to Venezuela getting a freekick after 12 minutes play. Tomas Illescas hit a great ball. In the 13th minute Thor Ekström shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jonathan Ferrant saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Jarl Apelqvist in the 16th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Jonathan Ferrant saved Venezuela from getting behind. Lennart Möller could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 20th minute of the match, but Jonathan Ferrant made a huge save. Thomas Svanström kicked well hit freekick during the 21st minute of the match. Jonathan Ferrant made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Emanuel Hermansson in the 31st minute of play. In the 37th minute, Patric Lenberg hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. A collision led to Venezuela getting a freekick after 38 minutes play. Jose Correa hit a great ball. Jonathan Ferrant made a fantastic save in the 40th minute, when Lennart Möller sent off a good shot on target. 41 minutes into the game, Wiktor Lövkvist recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Jonathan Ferrant. Wiktor Lövkvist showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 3-0. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 3-0.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Jarl Apelqvist stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Tomas Illescas sent away a hard shot on goal in the 62nd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Sven-Oskar Dahlquist made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Patricio Costa in the 68th minute of play. Jonathan Ferrant showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jarl Apelqvist, who was totally free with the ball in the 70th minute. Tomas Illescas received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 75th minute. Sven-Oskar Dahlquist tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. A collision led to Venezuela getting a freekick after 79 minutes play. Tomas Illescas hit a great ball. Tomas Illescas blasted a shot towards the goal in the 84th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Sven-Oskar Dahlquist having to make a save. Jonathan Ferrant made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Lennart Möller in the 85th minute of play. 87 minutes into the game, Jose Correa was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Venezuela's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Hammarby Gård the free kick. After 87 played minutes Venezuela got a freekick which was hit by Jose Correa. After a rather tough play, Venezuela's Rigoberto Mina got a free kick in the 91st minute. Patricio Costa fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 95th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Sven-Oskar Dahlquist having to interfere.
