Spectators: 43 (Terracing: 33, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Axel Tasis started the match with the kick off. The supporters of Costa Rica booed when KF KORCA was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 6 match minutes in a wonderful position. Halid Oshafi didn't get a good kick on the ball. Eliseo Noboa received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 8th minute. Virgil Mortu tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 10th minute, Aaron Alcocer hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Benito Sanz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Alejandro Tena, who was totally free with the ball in the 14th minute. Alejandro Tena scored 1-0 in the 15th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Benito Sanz, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. If Gafurr Daku had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 18th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After having played for 20 minutes, Axel Tasis managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Costa Rica's supporters crossed their fingers, but Axel Tasis was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Nezhdet Selamaj kicked well hit freekick during the 21st minute of the match. Costa Rica's Benito Sanz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alejandro Tena in the 31st minute of play. In the 33rd minute KF KORCA were awarded a corner. Izet Hamdiu went to the cornerflag to take it. After taking down the ball on KF KORCA's corner Izet Hamdiu fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Benito Sanz quite easily take care of the ball. Benito Sanz came out of the goal in the 35th minute to try and stop a shot by KF KORCA's Dennis Kostedde. But to his dismay, Dennis Kostedde quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-0. Virgil Mortu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Axel Tasis in the 41st minute of play. Benito Sanz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Alejandro Tena, who was totally free with the ball in the 42nd minute. In the 45th minute Alejandro Tena shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Benito Sanz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Dennis Kostedde stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. 53 minutes into the game, Alejandro Tena cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-0. Benito Sanz was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After some careless play in the Costa Rica defense, Alejandro Tena kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Benito Sanz. The Costa Rica fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Benito Sanz should have stopped the shot. Axel Tasis's late challenge caught a KF KORCA's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Axel Tasis helped the player get up and apologised. In the 60th minute, Axel Tasis hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 62nd minute Dennis Kostedde shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Benito Sanz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Lautaro Puig received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 63rd minute. Virgil Mortu tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Axel Tasis in the 66th minute of play forced KF KORCA's goalkeeper Virgil Mortu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Benito Sanz came out of the goal in the 75th minute to try and stop a shot by KF KORCA's Gafurr Daku. But to his dismay, Gafurr Daku quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 5-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Dennis Kostedde in the 79th minute of play forced Costa Rica's goalkeeper Benito Sanz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When KF KORCA's Alejandro Tena in the 81st minute got a chance for a shot 81st didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Costa Rica's goalie prevented a goal. 82 minutes into the match, Costa Rica's goal looked a bit too open when Alejandro Tena came free, but Benito Sanz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Lautaro Puig kicked well hit freekick during the 91st minute of the match. In the 92nd minute, Alejandro Tena ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Benito Sanz was frozen by the shot and now it was 6-0.
