In the 4th minute Herbie Baehler clashed with another player. He fell to the ground and was in great pain. It was obvious that he couldn't finish the game. Villeret Academy made a substitution. Diego Rotzer replaced Herbie Baehler. During the 11th minute of the match Greid Hancock completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Greid Hancock a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. In the 13th minute Mark Wulf shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ieuan Closky saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A collision led to Chelsea Junior getting a freekick after 19 minutes play. Dirmyg Feltner hit a great ball. Ieuan Closky made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Florian Brütsch in the 20th minute of play. Ieuan Closky showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Florian Brütsch, who was totally free with the ball in the 21st minute. 26 minutes into the game, Paul Schlatter was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Villeret Academy's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Chelsea Junior the free kick. After 26 played minutes Villeret Academy got a freekick which was hit by Paul Schlatter. A throw-in in the 28th minute of the game was made by Diego Rotzer with Florian Brütsch as target, who quickly passed the ball forward. When Mark Wulf fell near the penalty area in the 47th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Villeret Academy's protests and gave Mark Wulf a yellow card for diving instead.

Chelsea Junior's Ieuan Closky proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 54th minute of the match, managed to save Chelsea Junior from getting a goal against them. Dirmyg Feltner recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 61st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 63rd minute, Marrock Garren hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 67 minutes, Sion Ackerman mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Chelsea Junior and the Villeret Academy players grew even worse after the yellow card. During the 82nd minute of the match Sion Ackerman completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Sion Ackerman a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. In the 83rd minute, Sion Ackerman hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Villeret Academy's David Theiss played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Iowerth Dutton in the 89th minute of play. David Theiss took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Dirmyg Feltner, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side.
