Mark Wulf hit a great freekick 11 minutes into the match. A collision led to Reimersbeek U23 getting a freekick after 13 minutes play. Reinhard Lensen hit a great ball. 15 minutes into the game, Mark Wulf cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-2. Aad Lurling was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Vincent de Visser had several of the Villeret Academy's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 20 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 1-2 score and a disappointed David Theiss as he didn't even see the shot coming. A hard shot 24 in the game by Vincent de Visser from a close distance when the talented David Theiss managed to make a qualified save. Villeret Academy's players were relieved. Paul Schlatter charged in rather forcefully in the 24th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Paul Schlatter the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of Reimersbeek U23 booed when Villeret Academy was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 24 match minutes in a wonderful position. Paul Schlatter didn't get a good kick on the ball. Aad Lurling took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Paul Schlatter, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Mark Wulf's late challenge caught a Reimersbeek U23's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Mark Wulf helped the player get up and apologised. Mark Wulf kicked well hit freekick during the 34th minute of the match. After 37 played minutes Stephan Hammen rounded Villeret Academy's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 3-2. Reimersbeek U23's Reinhard Lensen got a good chance for a goal in the 41st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. With a little luck, Villeret Academy's David Theiss got control of the ball when Vincent de Visser tried to sneak it across the goal line. A collision led to Villeret Academy getting a freekick after 45 minutes play. Paul Schlatter hit a great ball. 47 minutes into the match, Stephan Hammen notched a goal, 4-2, to the right of Villeret Academy's David Theiss. David Theiss was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 4-2 at half-time.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Stephan Hammen stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. If Christijan Roelofsen had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 58th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Villeret Academy's David Theiss played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Christijan Roelofsen in the 58th minute of play. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 81st minute, Juan Suppiger hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. David Theiss took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Vincent de Visser, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After having played for 93 minutes, Stephan Hammen managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Reimersbeek U23's supporters crossed their fingers, but Stephan Hammen was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 98 minutes into the match, Stephan Hammen notched a goal, 7-2, to the right of Villeret Academy's David Theiss. David Theiss was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Reimersbeek U23 fully deserved thier win.
