Yala:s Zeledon Curcio showed great skill when he stopped Cãtãlin Hâldan:s penalty. After 11 minutes Yala's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Cãtãlin Hâldan who took care of the corner kick. The corner led SELEVASCO's Renato Paraíba to a score. 0-1 in the 11th minute. With a little luck, SELEVASCO's Nico Pizzi got control of the ball when Santiago Feo tried to sneak it across the goal line. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Patrick Cunha was the one to do the kick off. The supporters of SELEVASCO booed when Yala was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 52 match minutes in a wonderful position. Generoso Pinto didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Xavier Van Dijk had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 57th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Esteve Abechuco in the 66th minute of play forced SELEVASCO's goalkeeper Nico Pizzi to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Yavuz Acabay received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 67th minute. Nico Pizzi tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When the match had gone on for 70 minutes, Gernando Leite took a quick shot and it went in 0-3 without a chance for Zeledon Curcio to make any attempt to save it. 75 minutes into the match, Yala's goal looked a bit too open when Cãtãlin Hâldan came free, but Zeledon Curcio reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Esteve Abechuco sent away a hard shot on goal in the 76th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Cãtãlin Hâldan scored 0-4 in the 83rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Zeledon Curcio, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Cãtãlin Hâldan received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After a rather tough play, SELEVASCO's Xavier Van Dijk got a free kick in the 95th minute. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. SELEVASCO walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
