Aguinaga Nebot took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Feliks Wojton, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Aguinaga Nebot made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Konrad Poling in the 7th minute of play. 8 minutes into the game, KKS Legia Deptaka's Walery Dytrych nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Aguinaga Nebot made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. After having played for 20 minutes, Willy Reynolds managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Esmeraldas S.C.'s supporters crossed their fingers, but Willy Reynolds was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Aguinaga Nebot showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Pawel Patora in the 23rd minute of the match. KKS Legia Deptaka's Dominik Pachucki played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Willy Reynolds in the 25th minute of play. Aguinaga Nebot made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Leszek Maziarz in the 27th minute of play. KKS Legia Deptaka's Dominik Pachucki proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 30th minute of the match, managed to save KKS Legia Deptaka from getting a goal against them. 32 minutes into the match, KKS Legia Deptaka's goalkeeper Dominik Pachucki had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Willy Reynolds. After taking down the ball on Esmeraldas S.C.'s corner Stefanos Terzopoulos fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Dominik Pachucki quite easily take care of the ball. Aguinaga Nebot made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Feliks Wojton in the 34th minute of play. In the 35th match minute, Esmeraldas S.C. was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Damian Maftei to maneuver through the defense. Fryderyk Cisek hit a great freekick 40 minutes into the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Feliks Wojton in the 45th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Aguinaga Nebot prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 48 minutes into the match, Esmeraldas S.C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Leszek Maziarz came free, but Aguinaga Nebot reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Feliks Wojton was the one to do the kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Damian Maftei in the 51st minute of play forced KKS Legia Deptaka's goalkeeper Dominik Pachucki to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Dominik Pachucki took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Willy Reynolds, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After some careless play in the KKS Legia Deptaka defense, Willy Reynolds kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Dominik Pachucki. The KKS Legia Deptaka fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Dominik Pachucki should have stopped the shot. 56 minutes into the match, Esmeraldas S.C.'s goalkeeper Aguinaga Nebot had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Konrad Poling. Dominik Pachucki took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Willy Reynolds, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 63rd minute, Willy Reynolds left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Esmeraldas S.C. fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-1. Esmeraldas S.C.'s Daniel Castillo was substituted for Martinez Cines. In the 83rd minute the ball was on its way in behind Esmeraldas S.C.'s goalkeeper Aguinaga Nebot, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Damian Maftei fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 95th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Dominik Pachucki having to interfere. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Esmeraldas S.C. had won after a very even match.
