In the 10th minute Amir Lee shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Maurino Serena saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Piotr Brzakala lost his temper 13 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. Through an outstanding action, after 20 minutes, Dario Wilhelm successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. An unexpectedly hard shot by Waldo Renteria in the 29th minute of play forced A.D. Alcorcón's goalkeeper Maurino Serena to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Dario Wilhelm made an important save on a dangerous shot by Belo Alvarez in the 31st minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 56th minute, Allen Dalton managed to get in a good position for a shot. Cascade Park West's supporters rose to their feet, but Allen Dalton was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Maurino Serena breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. A.D. Alcorcón made a substitution. Eriz Acha replaced Natxo Cacheres.
