The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Yuri Reis to make the kick off. After 50 played minutes Figueira SC FSCMZ got a freekick which was hit by Cássio Guimarães. After 51 played minutes, El Stradivarius's Jano Batista shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Femke Bol came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in El Stradivarius reached it. El Stradivarius's Jedrzej Galus proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 53rd minute of the match, managed to save El Stradivarius from getting a goal against them. Femke Bol came out of the goal in the 84th minute to try and stop a shot by El Stradivarius's Emilio Rami. But to his dismay, Emilio Rami quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-0. In the 88th minute of the match El Stradivarius got a corner. Figueira SC FSCMZ's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Jano Batista ran over to the corner to take the kick. Jano Batista made a great header on El Stradivarius's corner, it was just that Figueira SC FSCMZ's Femke Bol managed to reach the ball for a save. In the 91st minute Emilio Rami shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Femke Bol saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 92 minutes into the match, Figueira SC FSCMZ's goal looked a bit too open when Emilio Rami came free, but Femke Bol reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. With a little luck, El Stradivarius's Jedrzej Galus got control of the ball when Şakir Aydınoğlu tried to sneak it across the goal line. Figueira SC FSCMZ's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
