Rústicos Sport Club's Kuncho Pranchev played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Daniel Zorita in the 16th minute of play. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Kuncho Pranchev showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. The Rústicos Sport Club fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Ecuador were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
