Karol Pierz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Julian Murillo, who was totally free with the ball in the 21st minute. In the 25th minute the ball was on its way in behind RED BLUE STAR's goalkeeper Karol Pierz, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Julian Murillo in the 28th minute of play forced RED BLUE STAR's goalkeeper Karol Pierz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 30 minutes into the match, RED BLUE STAR's goal looked a bit too open when Eliseo Mina came free, but Karol Pierz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The first half was very even, with the score at 0-0 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

RED BLUE STAR's Namık Kemal Korur was substituted for Răzvan Spineanu. Leszek Ferfecki made in the 56th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Peru's Alonso Berganza. A sloppy throw-in by Leszek Ferfecki in the 57th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Peru's Alonso Berganza. RED BLUE STAR:s Karol Pierz showed great skill when he stopped Luz Tejedor:s penalty. 78 minutes had been played when some careless play by RED BLUE STAR's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Luz Tejedor was slow to take the kick. During this time Peru's players had a chance to rest. Peru's Milagros Fraga was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Karol Pierz in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Peru's attentive Alonso Berganza managed to snatch the ball when Radoslaw Gizynski made a throw-in in the 80th minute of the game. 82 minutes into the match, RED BLUE STAR's goalkeeper Karol Pierz had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Milagros Fraga. 85 minutes into the match, RED BLUE STAR's goal looked a bit too open when Julian Murillo came free, but Karol Pierz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Karol Pierz made a fantastic save in the 87th minute, when Julian Murillo sent off a good shot on target. In the 89th minute, Meldris Ruckanovs hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Peru's Eliseo Alcocer was substituted for Moises Gayoso.
