Spectators: 41 (Terracing: 32, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. A very good chance. 19 minutes into the match, Du Lin had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Julio Vera. Ecuador's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Du Lin was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-0. After 22 minutes of play, Ecuador's Felix Montenegro made it 1-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Tommy Falck was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 27th minute the ball was on its way in behind FS Elite's goalkeeper Tommy Falck, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Tommy Falck made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Daniel Zorita in the 29th minute of play. Tommy Falck took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Felix Montenegro, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Result 1-2. 41 minutes into the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Kent Åkerström got free with Julio Vera in the 44th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 44th minute, FS Elite's Kent Åkerström dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 2-2. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Daniel Zorita to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 50th match minute, FS Elite was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Kent Åkerström to maneuver through the defense. Cristian Sancho fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 52nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Tommy Falck having to interfere. Tommy Falck made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cristian Sancho in the 58th minute of play. Cristian Sancho hit a great freekick 58 minutes into the match. Adrian Albom was slow to take the kick. During this time FS Elite's players had a chance to rest. The corner ended in Adrian Albom almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Ecuador's Julio Vera did a great save. With an all-out effort, Ecuador's Tommy Falck threw himself towards the right post 78 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Luis Andino, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Calle Lekberg in the 79th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Julio Vera saved Ecuador from getting behind. Ecuador's Julio Vera played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Kent Åkerström in the 85th minute of play. In the 90th minute, Primitivo Andino hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Tommy Falck showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Daniel Zorita in the 95th minute of the match. Ecuador were clearly unhappy with the draw, as they felt they had done enough to earn themselves a victory.
