Igor Sazonov hit a great freekick 5 minutes into the match. Volkan Demirel took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Stanley Wallace, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Volkan Demirel showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Stanley Wallace, who was totally free with the ball in the 8th minute. After 10 played minutes Curacao got a freekick which was hit by Rocco Owen. Volkan Demirel made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Stanley Wallace in the 12th minute of play. With a little luck, Curacao's Bruno Barrett got control of the ball when Valentin Letunov tried to sneak it across the goal line. Curacao's defense didn't have a chance, in the 23rd minute, when Anatoliy Shtein scored to the left of an out of position Bruno Barrett, making the score, 2-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Igor Sazonov in the 26th minute of play forced Curacao's goalkeeper Bruno Barrett to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With a little luck, Curacao's Bruno Barrett got control of the ball when Valentin Letunov tried to sneak it across the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Troy Kennedy in the 31st minute of play forced Trowell United's goalkeeper Volkan Demirel to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Curacao's Bruno Barrett played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Anatoliy Shtein in the 41st minute of play. Bruno Barrett made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Anatoliy Shtein in the 43rd minute of play. In the 47th minute, Valentin Letunov made a precise shot to the right of Bruno Barrett. Curacao's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 3-1. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 3-1.

In the 58th minute, Trowell United's Andrey Semenovskiy seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Andrey Semenovskiy the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of Trowell United protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Andrey Semenovskiy had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. After 59 minutes Trowell United's goalkeeper Volkan Demirel managed, with a little bit of luck, save Kyle Davies's penalty, on his right side after a tricky shot. In the 59th minute, Kyle Davies reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Volkan Demirel. The goal made the score 3-2. Bruno Barrett showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Igor Sazonov in the 63rd minute of the match. Trowell United's Igor Sazonov quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Lochlan Newman, made in the 67th minute of the game. Bruno Barrett made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Igor Sazonov in the 67th minute of play. After 71st play minutes Igor Sazonov shot 4-2, a short shot which went by Bruno Barrett and just under the crossbar into goal. Igor Sazonov received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 81st minute. Bruno Barrett tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Vyacheslav Kibanov had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 90th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 92 minutes into the game, Igor Sazonov was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Trowell United's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Curacao the free kick. In the 92nd minute, Igor Sazonov hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. An unexpectedly hard shot by Igor Sazonov in the 96th minute of play forced Curacao's goalkeeper Bruno Barrett to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Trowell United had played much better football throughout.
