Seating: 11, VIP seats: 1) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Nikola Ribić made the kick off which started today's match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Sebastian Villa in the 6th minute of play forced APOELHELLAS's goalkeeper Tobias Øverland to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The audience was convinced that Edmundo Espiga's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Tobias Øverland was relentless in the 8th minute of the game. Lykaon Belesis came free with the goalkeeper in the 17th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Lautaro Navarro could save by the left post. Edmundo Espiga sent away a hard shot on goal in the 18th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Lautaro Navarro was a little too slow when Nikola Ribić got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 24th minute. The score was now 1-1. In the 30th minute, Sebastian Villa made a precise shot to the right of Tobias Øverland. APOELHELLAS's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-2. Sebastian Villa sent away a hard shot on goal in the 33rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The crowd rose to their feet as Nikola Ribić kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Lautaro Navarro. That made the score 2-2 in the 35 minute of play. Tobias Øverland took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Sebastian Villa, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Lautaro Navarro showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Alkeides Avgerinos in the 43rd minute of the match. After a defensive mix-up in APOELHELLAS's zone, Emanuel Ocampo stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Tobias Øverland came out of the goal and Emanuel Ocampo tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play.
The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Edmundo Espiga was the one to do the kick off. Edmundo Espiga in the 51stth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Tobias Øverland, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. When Luca Espinar came up free with the goalie in the 52nd minute, the Honduras fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Luca Espinar couldn't finish the play. In the 54th minute the ball was on its way in behind APOELHELLAS's goalkeeper Tobias Øverland, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After 56 minutes of play, Honduras's Edmundo Espiga made it 2-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Tobias Øverland was left in no man's land by his defense there! Edmundo Espiga sent away a hard shot on goal in the 64th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Honduras's Moises Tafalla got a good chance for a goal in the 67th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Edmundo Espiga in the 69th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Tobias Øverland saved APOELHELLAS from getting behind. In the 73rd minute, Aglauros Sakellariou got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Tobias Øverland had great luck who in the 76thth minute grab hold of the ball when Edmundo Espiga from a short distance tried to put the ball inside the right post. Honduras were awarded a corner in the 77th minute after APOELHELLAS's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Edmundo Espiga took the corner. Edmundo Espiga made a great header on Honduras's corner, it was just that APOELHELLAS's Tobias Øverland managed to reach the ball for a save. After 85 minutes Honduras's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Aglauros Sakellariou who took care of the corner kick. A nice corner shot did that Anton Hylander got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Lautaro Navarro quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Tobias Øverland made a fantastic save in the 87th minute, when Sebastian Villa sent off a good shot on target. Moises Tafalla fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 91st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Tobias Øverland having to interfere. Lautaro Navarro made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alkeides Avgerinos in the 93rd minute of play. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Honduras eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
