Pascual Ado could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 18th minute of the match, but Hernani Pirani made a huge save. It seemed to be an obvious goal in the 18th minute, but Hernani Pirani got his fingers on the ball or the save, leaving Green Squad FC hanging dry this time. After some careless play in the Green Squad FC defense, Pascual Ado kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Hernani Pirani. The Green Squad FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Hernani Pirani should have stopped the shot. Aquiles Lazcano came free with the goalkeeper in the 29th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Hernani Pirani could save by the left post. In the 30th minute Aquiles Lazcano shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Hernani Pirani saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Hernani Pirani took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Aquiles Lazcano, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Enrique Astrada kicked well hit freekick during the 32nd minute of the match. If Aquiles Lazcano had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 36th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Hernani Pirani was left in no man's land by his defense there! When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 4-0.

The wind increased when Pascual Ado made the kick off in the second half. Oséias de Alcântara sent away a hard shot on goal in the 54th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Willian Sousa could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 56th minute of the match, but Delmiro Iztal made a huge save. A collision led to Green Squad FC getting a freekick after 59 minutes play. Fernandinho Paranaense hit a great ball. Hernani Pirani showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Facundo Nahas, who was totally free with the ball in the 60th minute. In the 62nd minute, Aquiles Lazcano made a precise shot to the right of Hernani Pirani. Green Squad FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 5-0. Baldomero Inocente hit a great freekick 64 minutes into the match. After a defensive mix-up in Club Atlético Escocia's zone, Jorge Gaspar stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Delmiro Iztal came out of the goal and Jorge Gaspar tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Club Atlético Escocia's Sebastian Selatse was substituted for Lucas Quinto. Club Atlético Escocia's Aurelio Resto was substituted for Natalio Oliveiro. In the 76th minute, Facundo Nahas made a precise shot to the right of Hernani Pirani. Green Squad FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 6-1. 84 minutes into the game, Club Atlético Escocia's Facundo Nahas nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot.
