In the 9th minute, Fernandinho Paranaense hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Igor Ogrodowicz kicked well hit freekick during the 9th minute of the match. After having played for 11 minutes, Oséias de Alcântara managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Green Squad FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Oséias de Alcântara was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 16 minutes into the game, Wieslaw Ziomkowski cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Hernani Pirani was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. 23 minutes into the match, Gunners ARS's goal looked a bit too open when Jorge Gaspar came free, but Mikolaj Piszczor reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Karol Pietrowiak struck a weak shot in the 26th minute. Hernani Pirani didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Gunners ARS. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Wieslaw Ziomkowski in the 28th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Hernani Pirani saved Green Squad FC from getting behind. After 29 played minutes Green Squad FC got a freekick which was hit by Fernandinho Paranaense. After 31 played minutes Gunners ARS got a freekick which was hit by Janusz Tyski. Mikolaj Piszczor was a little too slow when Jorge Gaspar got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 32nd minute. The score was now 1-1. Mikolaj Piszczor took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Oséias de Alcântara, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

In the 53rd minute Jorge Gaspar shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mikolaj Piszczor saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 54 minutes of play, Gunners ARS's Wieslaw Ziomkowski made it 2-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Hernani Pirani was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 57th minute Oséias de Alcântara shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mikolaj Piszczor saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Green Squad FC's defense didn't have a chance, in the 60th minute, when Karol Pietrowiak scored to the left of an out of position Hernani Pirani, making the score, 2-3. Oséias de Alcântara recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 68th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After 72 minutes, Wieslaw Ziomkowski made it 2-4 with a short kick to the right side. Green Squad FC's Hernani Pirani tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. 77 minutes into the match, Oséias de Alcântara had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Mikolaj Piszczor. Gunners ARS's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Oséias de Alcântara was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-4. Jorge Gaspar sent away a hard shot on goal in the 80th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Lúcio da Cunha had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 83rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Karol Brudnicki fell near the penalty area in the 85th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Gunners ARS's protests and gave Karol Brudnicki a yellow card for diving instead. Karol Brudnicki kicked well hit freekick during the 85th minute of the match. Gunners ARS's Milosz Raszek suffered a concussion after 91 minutes and had to leave the field. 91 minutes into the game, Ronaldão Azevedo was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player.
