ELPORVE's supporters rose to their feet, but Epifanio Lauro was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Dinu Dabija breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Dinu Dabija made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Qian Jun Bo in the 19th minute of play. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Svante Vase to make the kick off. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
