After a rather tough play, GFG VOEL's Boje Vallebo got a free kick in the 9th minute. 13 minutes into the match, Gonzo Style f.c's goal looked a bit too open when Silas Rokmann came free, but Arrigo Capone reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Michel Vu made an important save on a dangerous shot by Bruno Antico in the 17th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Erhard Utter in the 18th minute of play forced Gonzo Style f.c's goalkeeper Arrigo Capone to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Augusto Vieri got free with Michel Vu in the 20th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Enrico Tassotti's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 23rdth minute, Michel Vu skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. 27 minutes into the match, GFG VOEL's goalkeeper Michel Vu had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Enrico Tassotti. Michel Vu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Davide Zisser in the 29th minute of play. After a rather tough play, GFG VOEL's Boje Vallebo got a free kick in the 29th minute. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Erhard Utter during the 32nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Erhard Utter hit a great freekick 32 minutes into the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Augusto Vieri got free with Michel Vu in the 36th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After 38 played minutes GFG VOEL got a freekick which was hit by Rudolph Langelund. Davide Zisser was extremely unlucky when he, in the 40th minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. Michel Vu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Augusto Vieri in the 41st minute of play. With a little luck, GFG VOEL's Michel Vu got control of the ball when Enrico Tassotti tried to sneak it across the goal line. Erhard Utter fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 46th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Arrigo Capone having to interfere. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

53 minutes into the game, Davide Zisser cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-0. Michel Vu was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Michel Vu came out of the goal in the 59th minute to try and stop a shot by Gonzo Style f.c's Augusto Vieri. But to his dismay, Augusto Vieri quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-0. After 61 played minutes GFG VOEL got a freekick which was hit by Jørn Magling. 64 minutes into the game, Gonzo Style f.c's Amedeo Signoretti nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Michel Vu made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-0. 73 minutes into the match, GFG VOEL's goal looked a bit too open when Augusto Vieri came free, but Michel Vu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When the match had gone on for 73 minutes, Augusto Vieri put it in 4-0 from a short distance just to the right of Michel Vu. Gonzo Style f.c's Arrigo Capone played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Erhard Utter in the 81st minute of play. In the 82nd minute Enrico Tassotti shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Michel Vu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 88th match minute, Gonzo Style f.c was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Dennis Pagliarini to maneuver through the defense. If Erhard Utter had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 91st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. There was no doubt that Gonzo Style f.c were the better team. Gonzo Style f.c's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
