After some careless play in the GFG VOEL defense, Halldor Sönksen kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Michel Vu. The GFG VOEL fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Michel Vu should have stopped the shot. 27 minutes into the match, Lars Schira notched a goal, 0-5, to the right of GFG VOEL's Michel Vu. Michel Vu was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Michel Vu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Mathias Schulten, who was totally free with the ball in the 31st minute. After a defensive mix-up in SV Bad Harzburg's zone, Boje Vallebo stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Tim Wiese came out of the goal and Boje Vallebo tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. If Silas Rokmann had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 35th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Michel Vu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Lars Schira in the 37th minute of the match. Boje Vallebo hit a great freekick 38 minutes into the match. After 42 minutes, Halldor Sönksen made it 0-6 with a short kick to the right side. GFG VOEL's Michel Vu tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. After a rather tough play, GFG VOEL's Rudolph Langelund got a free kick in the 45th minute. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-6.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Halldor Sönksen to make the kick off. Michel Vu made an important save on a dangerous shot by Eckard Döngelli in the 55th minute. If Teodor Covaci had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 61st minute. When the match clock showed 71 minutes, the score became 0-10 when Halldor Sönksen sped through GFG VOEL's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Michel Vu. Tim Wiese showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Silas Rokmann, who was totally free with the ball in the 76th minute. When the match had gone on for 79 minutes, Mathias Schulten took a quick shot and it went in 0-11 without a chance for Michel Vu to make any attempt to save it. Michel Vu stood somewhat misplaced when Halldor Sönksen came free in front of goal and shot 0-12 to the left of him in the 81 minute. Halldor Sönksen scored 0-13 in the 85th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Michel Vu, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. 87 minutes into the match, GFG VOEL's goal looked a bit too open when Lars Schira came free, but Michel Vu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. GFG VOEL's defense didn't have a chance, in the 91st minute, when Halldor Sönksen scored to the left of an out of position Michel Vu, making the score, 0-14. When the final whistle sounded SV Bad Harzburg left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than GFG VOEL.
