ÜSTEĞMEN FK's Gazi Açıkgün played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Lyuboslav Popinski in the 13th minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Süleyman Soyselçuk got free with Tinko Gerovski in the 17th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The crowd rose to their feet as ÜSTEĞMEN FK's John Wick slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Tinko Gerovski. That made the score 2-1 after 19 minutes of play. When the match had gone on for 22 minutes, Batı Yafes took a quick shot and it went in 3-1 without a chance for Tinko Gerovski to make any attempt to save it. In the 31st minute of the match, Erkin Cangiray tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Tinko Gerovski saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Tinko Gerovski took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from John Wick, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Tinko Gerovski made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Erkin Cangiray in the 39th minute of play. 39 minutes into the game, Bilyan Fudulov was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. ЦСКА's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave ÜSTEĞMEN FK the free kick. The supporters of ÜSTEĞMEN FK booed when ЦСКА was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 39 match minutes in a wonderful position. Bilyan Fudulov didn't get a good kick on the ball. Toncho Súrbinski didn't get a good kick on the ball. 48 minutes into the match, ЦСКА's goalkeeper Tinko Gerovski had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Süleyman Soyselçuk. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 3-1 at half-time.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Yane Robev to make the kick off. In the 53rd minute Batı Yafes shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tinko Gerovski saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 56 minutes into the game, ÜSTEĞMEN FK's Erkin Cangiray nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Tinko Gerovski made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 4-1. ЦСКА's Dancho Vamporov got his second yellow card of the match in the 59th minute. The referee ordered Dancho Vamporov off the ground. In a very dangerous position, a player in ЦСКА fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 58th minute. Penalty! The referee gave ÜSTEĞMEN FK a penalty, 60 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Erkin Cangiray, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of ЦСКА's Tinko Gerovski. 5-1. In the 66th minute John Wick shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tinko Gerovski saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 67th minute, Süleyman Soyselçuk left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The ÜSTEĞMEN FK fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 6-1. Tinko Gerovski made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Erkin Cangiray in the 70th minute of play. After some careless play in the ЦСКА defense, John Wick kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Tinko Gerovski. The ЦСКА fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Tinko Gerovski should have stopped the shot. The throw-in from Hasret Cilasun in the 75th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by ЦСКА's Bilyan Fudulov. After a defensive mix-up in ÜSTEĞMEN FK's zone, Venko Loginov stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Gazi Açıkgün came out of the goal and Venko Loginov tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by John Wick in the 84th minute of play forced ЦСКА's goalkeeper Tinko Gerovski to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 85 minutes into the game, Erkin Cangiray cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 8-1. Tinko Gerovski was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. ЦСКА's Tinko Gerovski played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Nuralp Ehil in the 88th minute of play. In the 90th minute Erkin Cangiray shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tinko Gerovski saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 91 minutes into the match, ЦСКА's goal looked a bit too open when John Wick came free, but Tinko Gerovski reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. ЦСКА's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that John Wick was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 9-1. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. ÜSTEĞMEN FK fully deserved thier win.
