Radomil Dudkowski fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 9th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Rene Higuita having to interfere. Miroslaw Chwalkiewicz made in the 11th minute of the game a fairly good throw-in which was taken care of by Lisandro Iraunkor. An unexpectedly hard shot by Lisandro Iraunkor in the 13th minute of play forced Club Ibiza's goalkeeper Rene Higuita to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 14th minute of the match Mafia Koniaka got a corner. Club Ibiza's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Lúcio da Silva ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner led to Mafia Koniaka's Radomil Dudkowski getting away a dangerous shot that went just outside the goal. Miroslaw Chwalkiewicz made in the 16th minute of the game a quick throw-in and Stasio Wyrzykowski immediately put the ball in play. 17 minutes into the match, Club Ibiza's goal looked a bit too open when Radomil Dudkowski came free, but Rene Higuita reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Lisandro Iraunkor had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 25th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 25th minute Lisandro Iraunkor shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rene Higuita saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Vebjørn Waaler kicked well hit freekick during the 27th minute of the match. Rene Higuita made a fantastic save in the 29th minute, when Lisandro Iraunkor sent off a good shot on target. Club Ibiza's Tomás Orlanda managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Daniel Hajduk in the 31 minute of the game. Rene Higuita took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Radomil Dudkowski, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 41 minutes into the match, Mafia Koniaka's goal looked a bit too open when Bruno Fonso came free, but Zbigniew Glapiak reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 45 minutes of play, Mafia Koniaka's Radomil Dudkowski made it 1-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Rene Higuita was left in no man's land by his defense there! After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

After a defensive mix-up in Mafia Koniaka's zone, Bruno Fonso stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Zbigniew Glapiak came out of the goal and Bruno Fonso tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When Mafia Koniaka's Lisandro Iraunkor in the 54th minute got a chance for a shot 54th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Club Ibiza's goalie prevented a goal. In the 56th minute Bruno Fonso shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Zbigniew Glapiak saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Club Ibiza made a substitution. Loco Mønster replaced Ştefan Vornicescu. In the 59th minute Club Ibiza were awarded a corner. Mariano Ireno went to the cornerflag to take it. The corner ended in Wolfgang Zufferey almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Mafia Koniaka's Zbigniew Glapiak did a great save. In the 60th minute Club Ibiza were awarded a corner. Rene Higuita showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Lisandro Iraunkor in the 74th minute of the match. Rene Higuita showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Lisandro Iraunkor, who was totally free with the ball in the 77th minute. Pankracy Dombroski hit a great freekick 79 minutes into the match. Mafia Koniaka made a substitution. Przemyslaw Gierasik replaced Lisandro Iraunkor. Mafia Koniaka made a substitution. After 80 played minutes Mafia Koniaka got a freekick which was hit by Pankracy Dombroski. Rene Higuita came out of the goal in the 88th minute to try and stop a shot by Mafia Koniaka's Lúcio da Silva. But to his dismay, Lúcio da Silva quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-2. With a little luck, Mafia Koniaka's Zbigniew Glapiak got control of the ball when Kazuo Koriotto tried to sneak it across the goal line. Rene Higuita made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Przemyslaw Gierasik in the 93rd minute of play. The teams fought very hard right up to the final whistle. Both sets of players were happy to go away with a draw.
