David Bingen was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Julio Vera made a fantastic save in the 37th minute, when Nemesio Clemencin sent off a good shot on target. In the 41st minute Eleuterio Weather shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Julio Vera saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Eleuterio Weather sent away a hard shot on goal in the 44th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 45 minutes into the match, Ecuador's goal looked a bit too open when Nemesio Clemencin came free, but Julio Vera reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The audience was convinced that Nemesio Clemencin's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Julio Vera was relentless in the 51st minute of the game. Ulises Argina's late challenge caught a Ecuador's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. A collision led to Ecuador getting a freekick after 71 minutes play. Camilo Gisbert hit a great ball. Nemesio Clemencin recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 71st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 74 minutes into the game, Nemesio Clemencin cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-1. Julio Vera was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 81st minute Evelio Errolan shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Julio Vera saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 82nd minute, Cristian Sancho made a precise shot to the right of David Bingen. PARNASOVFC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-2. PARNASOVFC's Cuauhtémoc Tena was substituted for Zeledon Calisto. PARNASOVFC's defense didn't have a chance, in the 88th minute, when Cristian Sancho scored to the left of an out of position David Bingen, making the score, 1-3. In the 94th match minute, Ecuador was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Felix Montes to maneuver through the defense. A collision led to Ecuador getting a freekick after 95 minutes play. Luis Andino hit a great ball. When the match was over Ecuador could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than PARNASOVFC throughout the match.
