Kaviedes Arrese sent away a hard shot on goal in the 12th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 15th minute, Reimundo Casado ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Dante Lacasa was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-0. Kaviedes Arrese who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 17thth minute tested the skills of Dante Lacasa when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Dante Lacasa made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-0. João Vítor de Amorim took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Luca Zorita, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Diablos FC's João Vítor de Amorim played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Luca Zorita in the 35th minute of play. Mexico's Alberto Tafalla got a good chance for a goal in the 35th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 37th minute, Lorenzo Cazalla hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 40th minute, Alberto Tafalla ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. João Vítor de Amorim was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-1. The wind increased when Kaviedes Arrese made the kick off in the second half. With a little luck, Diablos FC's João Vítor de Amorim got control of the ball when Lautaro Mancebo tried to sneak it across the goal line. After having played for 55 minutes, Cândido Júdice managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Diablos FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Cândido Júdice was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 59 minutes into the match, Joel Gaona dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of João Vítor de Amorim, 2-2. Lautaro Mancebo kicked a quick shot right in front of the goal in the 63rdth minute. Though ot was a great shot Diablos FC's keeper João Vítor de Amorim was sill able to block leaving the score board unchanged. Alberto Tafalla could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 65th minute of the match, but João Vítor de Amorim made a huge save. In the 67th minute Kaviedes Arrese shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dante Lacasa saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 69 minutes into the match, Mexico's goal looked a bit too open when Kaviedes Arrese came free, but Dante Lacasa reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Moises Suane in the 70th minute of play forced Mexico's goalkeeper Dante Lacasa to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 75 minutes into the game, Alberto Tafalla lined in a short shot 2-3 behind a frustrated João Vítor de Amorim. Diablos FC's Franklin Hostos was substituted for Moises Suane. Diablos FC made a substitution. Omar Gochicoa replaced Cândido Júdice. With a little luck, Diablos FC's João Vítor de Amorim got control of the ball when Luca Zorita tried to sneak it across the goal line. After some careless play in the Mexico defense, Asencio Cuffaro kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Dante Lacasa. The Mexico fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Dante Lacasa should have stopped the shot. Diablos FC's João Vítor de Amorim played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Lautaro Mancebo in the 87th minute of play. In the 89th minute, Luca Zorita made a precise shot to the right of João Vítor de Amorim. Diablos FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 3-4. Mexico's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
