The crowd rose to their feet as Ata Bircan kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Olov Zachrisson. That made the score 1-0 in the 7 minute of play. 11 minutes into the match, Liverpool F.C. YNWA's Ata Bircan sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Olov Zachrisson narrowly saved just below the crossbar. The audience was convinced that Ata Bircan's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Olov Zachrisson was relentless in the 13th minute of the game. CemCeminay SK's Olov Zachrisson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ata Bircan in the 17th minute of play. Liverpool F.C. Olov Zachrisson came out of the goal and Panos Zounis tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Ata Bircan made a kick off. 53 minutes into the match, Ata Bircan notched a goal, 4-0, to the right of CemCeminay SK's Olov Zachrisson. Olov Zachrisson was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Olov Zachrisson showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ata Bircan in the 56th minute of the match. Olov Zachrisson came out of the goal in the 59th minute to try and stop a shot by Liverpool F.C. YNWA's Ata Bircan. But to his dismay, Ata Bircan quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 5-0. Olov Zachrisson didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Ata Bircan went, in the 63rd minute, to the upper right corner, 6-0 was the resulting score. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Ata Bircan in the 69th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Olov Zachrisson saved CemCeminay SK from getting behind. If Tytus Lichucki had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 73rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 88th minute Marinos Sidiropoulos shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Olov Zachrisson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Marinos Sidiropoulos scored 9-0 in the 89th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Olov Zachrisson, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. The Liverpool F.C. YNWA fans' excitement grew in the 93rd match minute when Liverpool F.C. YNWA's Marinos Sidiropoulos looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 10-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. When Marinos Sidiropoulos came up free with the goalie in the 97th minute, the Liverpool F.C. YNWA fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Marinos Sidiropoulos couldn't finish the play. Tilemachos Romanidis's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Olov Zachrisson read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 97th minute of play. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Liverpool F.C. YNWA had played much better football throughout.
