Xu Yi Lei showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Andžejs Baumerts in the 5th minute of the match. Xu Yi Lei made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Andžejs Baumerts in the 5th minute of play. In the 6th minute the ball was on its way in behind SK Annenieki's goalkeeper Jānis Lielais, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Jānis Lielais came out of the goal in the 6th minute to try and stop a shot by City Friseur Wuppertal's Albi Martínez. But to his dismay, Albi Martínez quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. SK Annenieki's Jānis Lielais proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 9th minute of the match, managed to save SK Annenieki from getting a goal against them. Waldemar Ryback came free with the goalkeeper in the 10th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Jānis Lielais could save by the left post. In the 14th minute Andžejs Baumerts shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Xu Yi Lei saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A collision led to City Friseur Wuppertal getting a freekick after 15 minutes play. Avram Stegaru hit a great ball. Xu Yi Lei showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Indris Tomass, who was totally free with the ball in the 16th minute. Albi Martínez who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 17thth minute tested the skills of Jānis Lielais when he managed to save the team from getting behind. In the 19th minute, Waldemar Ryback left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The City Friseur Wuppertal fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-0. Xu Yi Lei took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jāzeps Pics, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 28 minutes into the match, City Friseur Wuppertal's goal looked a bit too open when Andžejs Baumerts came free, but Xu Yi Lei reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Jāzeps Pics fell near the penalty area in the 37th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored SK Annenieki's protests and gave Jāzeps Pics a yellow card for diving instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Albi Martínez in the 39th minute of play forced SK Annenieki's goalkeeper Jānis Lielais to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Indris Tomass received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 40th minute. Xu Yi Lei tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Albi Martínez had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 41st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Xu Yi Lei made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Indris Tomass in the 43rd minute of play. Albi Martínez received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 45th minute. Jānis Lielais tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-0.

When Nebi Tokyürek fell near the penalty area in the 52nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored City Friseur Wuppertal's protests and gave Nebi Tokyürek a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, City Friseur Wuppertal's Nebi Tokyürek got a free kick in the 52nd minute. City Friseur Wuppertal's Xu Yi Lei proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 53rd minute of the match, managed to save City Friseur Wuppertal from getting a goal against them. With a little luck, City Friseur Wuppertal's Xu Yi Lei got control of the ball when Jāzeps Pics tried to sneak it across the goal line. 55 minutes into the match, City Friseur Wuppertal's goalkeeper Xu Yi Lei had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Reinholds Jaunzems. Hüseyin Rahmi Uçanok charged in rather forcefully in the 57th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Hüseyin Rahmi Uçanok the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of SK Annenieki booed when City Friseur Wuppertal was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 58 match minutes in a wonderful position. Hüseyin Rahmi Uçanok didn't get a good kick on the ball. A collision led to SK Annenieki getting a freekick after 61 minutes play. Ludis Vaicātājs hit a great ball. Waldemar Ryback took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 62nd minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Jānis Lielais. SK Annenieki's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Andžejs Baumerts in the 65th minute of play forced City Friseur Wuppertal's goalkeeper Xu Yi Lei to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Andžejs Baumertss short, quick shot in the 67thth minute got Xu Yi Lei to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. City Friseur Wuppertal's Hüseyin Rahmi Uçanok got his second yellow card of the match in the 72nd minute. The referee ordered Hüseyin Rahmi Uçanok off the ground. The supporters of SK Annenieki booed when City Friseur Wuppertal was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 73 match minutes in a wonderful position. Hüseyin Rahmi Uçanok didn't get a good kick on the ball. SK Annenieki's Santis Krūzītis was substituted for Normunds Vēbers. Waldemar Ryback sent away a hard shot on goal in the 78th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 79 played minutes City Friseur Wuppertal got a freekick which was hit by Waldemar Ryback. In the 82nd minute SK Annenieki were awarded a corner. Reinholds Jaunzems went to the cornerflag to take it. The corner ended in Andžejs Baumerts almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but City Friseur Wuppertal's Xu Yi Lei did a great save. Waldemar Ryback received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 85th minute. Jānis Lielais tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Jānis Lielais made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Nebi Tokyürek in the 87th minute of play. Jānis Lielais didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Waldemar Ryback went, in the 89th minute, to the upper right corner, 3-0 was the resulting score. In the 92nd minute Nebi Tokyürek shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jānis Lielais saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A nice corner shot did that Waldemar Ryback got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Jānis Lielais quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. The home crowd let out a huge roar when the referee blew for the end of the game. City Friseur Wuppertal were victorious despite being under pressure from SK Annenieki for much of the match.
