Czechia Hradec Králové's Nodar Gol played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by John Lennon in the 3rd minute of play. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Czechia Hradec Králové reached it. An unexpectedly hard shot by John Lennon in the 14th minute of play forced Czechia Hradec Králové's goalkeeper Nodar Gol to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 15 minutes Czechia Hradec Králové's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Alfredo Curado who took care of the corner kick. The audience was convinced that Antoni Bartoszek's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Nodar Gol was relentless in the 16th minute of the game. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-2.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Antoni Bartoszek made a kick off. Nodar Gol came out and tried to block the shot, but Antoni Bartoszek slotted it home off the left post making it 0-3 in the 54th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. With a little luck, Czechia Hradec Králové's Nodar Gol got control of the ball when Alonzo Che tried to sneak it across the goal line. 67 minutes into the match, Czechia Hradec Králové's goal looked a bit too open when Antoni Bartoszek came free, but Nodar Gol reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Nodar Gol showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Antoni Bartoszek in the 70th minute of the match. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 87 minutes into the match, Czechia Hradec Králové's goal looked a bit too open when Alonzo Che came free, but Nodar Gol reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If John Lennon had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 88th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Nodar Gol made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Antoni Bartoszek in the 93rd minute of play.
