In the 34th minute Indris Tomass shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Sebastiano Rossi saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 35 minutes had been played when some careless play by MERAVIGLIOSI SOSNOWIEC's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Reinholds Jaunzems was slow to take the kick. During this time SK Annenieki's players had a chance to rest. Drosmis Kalnaiza kicked well hit freekick during the 35th minute of the match. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

After some fancy dribbling in the 60th minute, Dominik Gargasz managed to get in a good position for a shot. MERAVIGLIOSI SOSNOWIEC's supporters rose to their feet, but Dominik Gargasz was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Jānis Lielais breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Dominik Gargasz's late challenge caught a SK Annenieki's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. After 62 played minutes MERAVIGLIOSI SOSNOWIEC got a freekick which was hit by Dominik Gargasz. 64 minutes into the match, SK Annenieki's goal looked a bit too open when Sylwester Kempka came free, but Jānis Lielais reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. SK Annenieki's Jānis Lielais played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Dominik Gargasz in the 70th minute of play. SK Annenieki's Vilis Lettlands was substituted for Indris Tomass. Vilis Lettlands might have been able to make a better finish in the 79th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Sebastiano Rossi. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Vilis Lettlands ran back to his position shaking his head.
