Lealtad Futbol Club's Danny Gabiña played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Renan Sena in the 9th minute of play. Hugo Marino charged in rather forcefully in the 12th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Hugo Marino the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to Lealtad Futbol Club getting a freekick after 12 minutes play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Xurdin Melon got free with Alexsandro Netto in the 51st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 67th minute, Xurdin Melon got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Danny Gabiña made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Renan Sena in the 70th minute of play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Daniel Sandino during the 72nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 93 minutes into the game, Abel Santillion cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Alexsandro Netto was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in.
