In the 3rd match minute, CS La Libertad was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Francisco Calvo to maneuver through the defense. Berend Jopp's late challenge caught a CS La Libertad's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Berend Jopp helped the player get up and apologised. In the 6th match minute, Friesenwerdermoor was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Berend Jopp to maneuver through the defense. In the 8th minute Jonny Villafranca shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gustav Sawade saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. But to his dismay, Gallo Pinto quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Jonny Villafranca received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 21st minute. Gustav Sawade tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 25th minute, Rudolf Rieden made a precise shot to the right of Uriel Herrera. CS La Libertad's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-1. In the 32nd minute, Norman Renz reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Uriel Herrera. The goal made the score 2-1. Friesenwerdermoor's Gustav Sawade played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ronald Robles in the 46th minute of play.

Martin Jarquin charged in rather forcefully in the 59th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. Gustav Sawade was left in no man's land by his defense there! Ronald Robles could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 66th minute of the match, but Gustav Sawade made a huge save. After a rather tough play, CS La Libertad's Elias Lankaster got a free kick in the 75th minute. In the 81st minute Jonny Villafranca shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gustav Sawade saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Lucian Wild kicked well hit freekick during the 83rd minute of the match. Uriel Herrera took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Lucian Wild, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 89th minute, Martin Jarquin hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 91 played minutes CS La Libertad got a freekick which was hit by Jonny Villafranca. The final whistle blew with the score still tied, and both teams left the pitch thinking about the missed chances that could have given their team the win.
