Seed Town West's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-0. Seed Town West's Đorđije Élisabeth played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cem Bauer in the 8th minute of play. The audience was convinced that Harold Sigtenborg's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Antonello Di Martino was relentless in the 10th minute of the game. 12 minutes into the game, Seed Town West's Harold Sigtenborg nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Đorđije Élisabeth was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Cem Bauer showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 2-1 in the 21 minute of play. Đorđije Élisabeth took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Emanuel Nittel, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The supporters of Vorwärts Lübeck booed when Seed Town West was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 27 match minutes in a wonderful position. Johnni Toksvad didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 34 played minutes Vorwärts Lübeck got a freekick which was hit by Ronald Zöllmer. Antonello Di Martino showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Konstantin Barved, who was totally free with the ball in the 36th minute. After 40 played minutes Seed Town West got a freekick which was hit by Johnni Toksvad. After some careless play in the Vorwärts Lübeck defense, Fred Fynsø kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Antonello Di Martino. The Vorwärts Lübeck fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Antonello Di Martino should have stopped the shot.

The wind increased when Emanuel Nittel made the kick off in the second half. In the 54th minute, Johnni Toksvad hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 58th minute Fred Fynsø shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Antonello Di Martino saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Vorwärts Lübeck's Antonello Di Martino proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 68th minute of the match, managed to save Vorwärts Lübeck from getting a goal against them. Seed Town West's Đorđije Élisabeth played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ferit Port in the 70th minute of play. Kristofer Kilstrøm kicked well hit freekick during the 74th minute of the match. In the 76th match minute, Seed Town West was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Kristofer Kilstrøm to maneuver through the defense. An unexpectedly hard shot by Harold Sigtenborg in the 80th minute of play forced Vorwärts Lübeck's goalkeeper Antonello Di Martino to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 86 played minutes, Vorwärts Lübeck's Waldemar Scheuch shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Đorđije Élisabeth came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Vorwärts Lübeck reached it. Antonello Di Martino was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Harold Sigtenborg showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 2-4 in the 89 minute of play. 97 minutes into the match, Kristofer Kilstrøm had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Antonello Di Martino. Vorwärts Lübeck's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Kristofer Kilstrøm was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-5.
