Rafa Lojewski showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Hagen Stößlein, who was totally free with the ball in the 27th minute. Celalettin Uzel came out of the goal and Ricki Dresager tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

Celalettin Uzel made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ricki Dresager in the 53rd minute of play. Ricki Dresager's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Celalettin Uzel read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 65th minute of play. Celalettin Uzel made a fantastic save in the 67th minute, when Ricki Dresager sent off a good shot on target. Rafa Lojewski showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Hagen Stößlein in the 72nd minute of the match.
