Cassius Byrne started the match with the kick off. Fulgencio Eyague made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cassius Byrne in the 5th minute of play. Isidro Oliviero's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Marco Day firmly grabbed it by the left post. Alvaro Errando in the 15thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Marco Day, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Alvaro Errando struck a weak shot in the 17th minute. Marco Day didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for AC LeX Luthor. A collision led to USA getting a freekick after 19 minutes play. Jacob May hit a great ball. In the 24th minute Alvaro Errando shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Marco Day saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. USA's Marco Day played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alvaro Errando in the 24th minute of play. Marco Day made a fantastic save in the 26th minute, when Isidro Oliviero sent off a good shot on target. USA's Marco Day proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 30th minute of the match, managed to save USA from getting a goal against them. In the 31st minute, Matias Porfiro hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Monty Rogers received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 32nd minute. Fulgencio Eyague tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 35th minute of the match AC LeX Luthor got a corner. USA's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Mario Yepes ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner led to AC LeX Luthor's Zeledon Savion getting away a dangerous shot that went just outside the goal. A collision led to USA getting a freekick after 38 minutes play. Zach Harrison hit a great ball. Marco Day took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Zeledon Savion, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Marco Day made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Zeledon Savion in the 39th minute of play. Fulgencio Eyague took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Monty Rogers, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Fulgencio Eyague made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Edward Mcdonald in the 44th minute of play. Marco Day showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Zeledon Savion, who was totally free with the ball in the 47th minute. Alvaro Errando spun around in front of the goal 48 minutes in the game, and got away a shot that, to his disappointment, went to the left of USA's goal.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Alvaro Errando to make the kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Alvaro Errando in the 52nd minute of play forced USA's goalkeeper Marco Day to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Fulgencio Eyague made a fantastic save in the 55th minute, when Cassius Byrne sent off a good shot on target. AC LeX Luthor's Fulgencio Eyague played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Monty Rogers in the 64th minute of play. In the 70th minute Cassius Byrne shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Fulgencio Eyague saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Marco Day made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-0. Fulgencio Eyague took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Khalid Parry, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Fulgencio Eyague made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Khalid Parry in the 85th minute of play. The crowd rose to their feet as Sam Campbell kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Fulgencio Eyague. That made the score 1-1 in the 88 minute of play. 92 minutes into the match, Khalid Parry notched a goal, 1-2, to the right of AC LeX Luthor's Fulgencio Eyague. Fulgencio Eyague was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. USA's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
