Spectators: 44 (Terracing: 34, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Yuma Roekito took the kick off in the first half of the match. In the 2nd minute Cristian Sancho shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Manuel Espagnet saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After having played for 5 minutes, Cristian Sancho managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Ecuador's supporters crossed their fingers, but Cristian Sancho was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 14th minute Cezar Nișu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Julio Vera saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Through an outstanding action, after 17 minutes, Julio Vera successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. With a little luck, Ecuador's Julio Vera got control of the ball when Yuma Roekito tried to sneak it across the goal line. 23 minutes had been played when some careless play by Lyon Olympique 69's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Daniel Zorita was slow to take the kick. During this time Ecuador's players had a chance to rest. The corner led to Ecuador's Felix Montenegro getting away a dangerous shot that went just outside the goal. Manuel Espagnet made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Daniel Zorita in the 26th minute of play. 28 minutes into the match, Luis Andino notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Lyon Olympique 69's Manuel Espagnet. Manuel Espagnet was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Manuel Espagnet made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cristian Sancho in the 31st minute of play. In the 33rd minute, Daniel Zorita got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After having played for 37 minutes, Cristian Sancho managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Ecuador's supporters crossed their fingers, but Cristian Sancho was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. When Yuma Roekito came up free with the goalie in the 39th minute, the Lyon Olympique 69 fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Yuma Roekito couldn't finish the play. A collision led to Lyon Olympique 69 getting a freekick after 40 minutes play. Emanuel Murărașu hit a great ball. In the 48th minute, Luis Andino hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The Lyon Olympique 69 players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Ecuador were winning 0-1.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Daniel Zorita stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. A collision led to Ecuador getting a freekick after 52 minutes play. Felix Montenegro hit a great ball. Manuel Espagnet showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cristian Sancho in the 54th minute of the match. If Felix Montenegro had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 56th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 57 minutes into the match, Ecuador's goal looked a bit too open when Yuma Roekito came free, but Julio Vera reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Léon Valin hit a great freekick 62 minutes into the match. Cristian Sancho who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 64thth minute tested the skills of Manuel Espagnet when he managed to save the team from getting behind. After taking down the ball on Lyon Olympique 69's corner Toni Dean fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Julio Vera quite easily take care of the ball. 68 minutes had been played when some careless play by Ecuador's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Toni Dean was slow to take the kick. During this time Lyon Olympique 69's players had a chance to rest. Lyon Olympique 69's Toni Dean was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Julio Vera in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Julio Vera took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cezar Nișu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 70th minute, Guillaume Gamel hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 71st minute, Luis Andino fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. Cristian Sancho could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 73rd minute of the match, but Manuel Espagnet made a huge save. Julio Vera showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Yuma Roekito in the 78th minute of the match. Daniel Zorita received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 80th minute. Manuel Espagnet tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Lyon Olympique 69's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Cristian Sancho 82 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 0-2. In the 88th minute the ball was on its way in behind Lyon Olympique 69's goalkeeper Manuel Espagnet, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 91 minutes into the game, Cezar Nișu cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-2. Julio Vera was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After a rather tough play, Lyon Olympique 69's Yuma Roekito got a free kick in the 94th minute. After some careless play in the Lyon Olympique 69 defense, Cristian Sancho kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Manuel Espagnet. The Lyon Olympique 69 fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Manuel Espagnet should have stopped the shot. The Lyon Olympique 69 fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Ecuador were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
