Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Daniel Zorita started the match with the kick off. Felix Montenegro struck a weak shot in the 15th minute. Ovidio Cortez didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Ecuador. In the 22nd minute BROLY FC were awarded a corner. 谢伟文 went to the cornerflag to take it. 27 minutes into the match, Ecuador's Cristian Sancho sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Ovidio Cortez narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Ecuador were awarded a corner in the 30th minute after BROLY FC's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Daniel Zorita took the corner. An unexpectedly hard shot by Agustín Saelices in the 31st minute of play forced BROLY FC's goalkeeper Ovidio Cortez to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ecuador were awarded a corner in the 32th minute after BROLY FC's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Daniel Zorita took the corner. After taking down the ball on Ecuador's corner Daniel Zorita fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Ovidio Cortez quite easily take care of the ball. Cristian Sancho sent away a hard shot on goal in the 35th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 41 minutes had been played when some careless play by BROLY FC's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Daniel Zorita was slow to take the kick. During this time Ecuador's players had a chance to rest. Ecuador's Daniel Zorita was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Ovidio Cortez in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Ecuador's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Daniel Zorita in the 42nd minute. The corner led to Ecuador's Antonio Arias getting away a dangerous shot that went just outside the goal. Ovidio Cortez took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cristian Sancho, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The score stood at 1-1 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

Daniel Zorita recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 53rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. A collision led to BROLY FC getting a freekick after 57 minutes play. Hermengildo Eneas hit a great ball. Daniel Zorita's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Ovidio Cortez firmly grabbed it by the left post. Julio Vera made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from 谢伟文 in the 67th minute of play. Dániel Kormos's late challenge caught a Ecuador's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Dániel Kormos helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, BROLY FC's Dániel Kormos got a free kick in the 70th minute. In the 71st minute, BROLY FC's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Daniel Zorita fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. 72 minutes into the match, BROLY FC's goalkeeper Ovidio Cortez had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Felix Montenegro. The supporters of BROLY FC booed when Ecuador was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 75 match minutes in a wonderful position. Juan Sebastián Puig didn't get a good kick on the ball. BROLY FC's Mariano Martxel was substituted for 谢伟文. BROLY FC's Ismael Gai was substituted for Marten Palermo. BROLY FC made a substitution. Nereo Bernad replaced Hermengildo Eneas. If Mariano Martxel had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 83rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Julio Vera came out of the goal in the 86th minute to try and stop a shot by BROLY FC's Humberto Rolado. But to his dismay, Humberto Rolado quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-1. The supporters of Ecuador booed when BROLY FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 90 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jaime Ponciano didn't get a good kick on the ball. BROLY FC's Ovidio Cortez proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 92nd minute of the match, managed to save BROLY FC from getting a goal against them. Ecuador's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Daniel Zorita in the 93rd minute. Julio Vera showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mariano Martxel in the 96th minute of the match. Many of Ecuador's supporters were seen to leave the ground early as it became clear their team was going to lose. Ecuador may have spent more time on the ball, but BROLY FC were more willing to take their chances and they walked away with the win.
