Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) After having played for 8 minutes, Daniel Zorita managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Ecuador's supporters crossed their fingers, but Daniel Zorita was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 9th minute of the match, Ossi Nurmi got a very nice opportunity to score, but Julio Vera was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. In the 11th minute Solvik were awarded a corner. Tarmo Kalto went to the cornerflag to take it. A nice corner shot did that Tarmo Kalto got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Julio Vera quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Cristian Sancho received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 16th minute. Uoti Kärki tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 23 minutes into the match, Solvik's goal looked a bit too open when Cristian Sancho came free, but Uoti Kärki reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 25 minutes into the match, Cristian Sancho notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Solvik's Uoti Kärki. Uoti Kärki was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Cristian Sancho took the ball and in the 29 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Uoti Kärki. Uoti Kärki dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. Daniel Zorita fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 32nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Uoti Kärki having to interfere. Ecuador were awarded a corner in the 40th minute after Solvik's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Daniel Zorita took the corner. 43 minutes into the match, Solvik's Ossi Nurmi sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Julio Vera narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Cristian Sancho received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 45th minute. Uoti Kärki tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After the first half Ecuador were leading 0-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.
The wind increased when Iisakki Nyrhinen made the kick off in the second half. Julio Vera showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Iisakki Nyrhinen, who was totally free with the ball in the 51st minute. Daniel Zorita could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 52nd minute of the match, but Uoti Kärki made a huge save. In the 52nd minute, Ecuador's Daniel Zorita dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 0-3. Cristian Sancho's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Uoti Kärki read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 55th minute of play. Uoti Kärki came out of the goal in the 56th minute to try and stop a shot by Ecuador's Daniel Zorita. But to his dismay, Daniel Zorita quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-4. After a defensive mix-up in Ecuador's zone, Iisakki Nyrhinen stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Julio Vera came out of the goal and Iisakki Nyrhinen tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Solvik's Uoti Kärki played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Daniel Zorita in the 62nd minute of play. Cristian Sancho could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 63rd minute of the match, but Uoti Kärki made a huge save. Felix Montes was in a good position and managed to take a shot, but he missed just to the outside of the post. In the 68th minute, Cristian Sancho got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Uoti Kärki took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Luis Andino, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 72nd minute, Ossi Nurmi made a precise shot to the right of Julio Vera. Ecuador's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-4. Julio Vera showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ossi Nurmi in the 79th minute of the match. When Eino Kiviharju fell near the penalty area in the 83rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Solvik's protests and gave Eino Kiviharju a yellow card for diving instead. In the 83rd match minute, Solvik was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Eino Kiviharju to maneuver through the defense. Luis Andino could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 84th minute of the match, but Uoti Kärki made a huge save. Uoti Kärki made a fantastic save in the 86th minute, when Daniel Zorita sent off a good shot on target. After a rather tough play, Ecuador's Camilo Gisbert got a free kick in the 91st minute. After 92 played minutes, Solvik's Tarmo Kalto shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Julio Vera came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Solvik reached it. Daniel Zorita hit a great freekick 93 minutes into the match. The Solvik fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Ecuador were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
