Fulgencio Gartzi sent away a hard shot on goal in the 17th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Fulgencio Gartzi blasted a shot towards the goal in the 23rd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Jonathan Ferrant having to make a save. Jonathan Ferrant showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Fulgencio Gartzi in the 23rd minute of the match. In the 24th match minute, Venezuela was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Alex Chicote to maneuver through the defense. 25 minutes into the match, Venezuela's goalkeeper Jonathan Ferrant had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Fulgencio Gartzi. Fulgencio Gartzi blasted a shot towards the goal in the 29th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Jonathan Ferrant having to make a save. After some careless play in the Venezuela defense, Fulgencio Gartzi kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Jonathan Ferrant. The Venezuela fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Jonathan Ferrant should have stopped the shot. In the 41stth minute of the game Tomas Illescas who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but La Gallardeta's Belchior Saldanha was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 42nd minute, Jan-Olof Eliasson made a precise shot to the right of Jonathan Ferrant. Venezuela's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-1. After 47 played minutes Venezuela got a freekick which was hit by Jonathan Venegas. Fulgencio Gartzi recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 48th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

In the 56th minute, Sädräddin Cavadov hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. La Gallardeta's Jan-Olof Eliasson got a good chance for a goal in the 58th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Jonathan Ferrant showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Fulgencio Gartzi in the 63rd minute of the match. Jan-Olof Eliasson kicked well hit freekick during the 64th minute of the match. Jonathan Ferrant showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Fulgencio Gartzi, who was totally free with the ball in the 66th minute. In the 68th match minute, Venezuela was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jonathan Venegas to maneuver through the defense. An unexpectedly hard shot by Fulgencio Gartzi in the 69th minute of play forced Venezuela's goalkeeper Jonathan Ferrant to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 71st minute La Gallardeta were awarded a corner. Alessio Scandella went to the cornerflag to take it. Alessio Scandella took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 72nd minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Jonathan Ferrant. Venezuela's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. A collision led to Venezuela getting a freekick after 79 minutes play. Jonathan Venegas hit a great ball. Jonathan Ferrant showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Fulgencio Gartzi in the 85th minute of the match. Tomas Illescass short, quick shot in the 87thth minute got Belchior Saldanha to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. After a rather tough play, Venezuela's Jonathan Venegas got a free kick in the 89th minute. La Gallardeta's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
