He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Mexico reached it. The supporters of FC Talanglös booed when Mexico was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 11 match minutes in a wonderful position. Luca Rouco didn't get a good kick on the ball. Guo Xun Ke struck a weak shot in the 12th minute. Dante Lacasa didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for FC Talanglös. If Alberto Tafalla had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 18th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 21st minute Herbert Mattsson shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dante Lacasa saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Dante Lacasa was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but 陶翔竞 showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-0 in the 27 minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Lautaro Mancebo in the 42nd minute of play forced FC Talanglös's goalkeeper Johnny Kopp to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. A collision led to FC Talanglös getting a freekick after 44 minutes play. Malte Broberg hit a great ball. Dante Lacasa made a fantastic save in the 46th minute, when Malte Broberg sent off a good shot on target. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

54 minutes into the match, Mexico's goal looked a bit too open when 陶翔竞 came free, but Dante Lacasa reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Alberto Tafalla received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 55th minute. Johnny Kopp tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Alberto Tafalla had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 57th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 62nd minute, Herbert Mattsson ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Dante Lacasa was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-0. Dante Lacasa made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Herbert Mattsson in the 66th minute of play. Lautaro Mancebo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 70th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. With an all-out effort, Mexico's Johnny Kopp threw himself towards the right post 74 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Joel Gaona, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. After 82 played minutes FC Talanglös got a freekick which was hit by Klaus-Marco Closky. Alberto Tafalla fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 88th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Johnny Kopp having to interfere. Facundo Cadaval kicked well hit freekick during the 94th minute of the match. Mexico's supporters were dissatisfied at the end of the match because FC Talanglös had won, even though Mexico had held more of the ball.
